Terms of Use

1.The service

Eliminary is an online study platform for students preparing for university entrance exams, starting with the SAT: lessons, practice questions, practice tests, a personal study plan and ATLAS, an AI-assisted coach. Which courses and exams are open is shown inside the product.

The service is provided by Özgür Cem Kaya [legal title and postal address to be added].

2.Beta and price

Eliminary is in beta and is free today; the product has no payment step. During the beta, features may change, be added or be removed, and there may be interruptions and errors.

Some features have a daily usage limit. When you reach a limit the product tells you so; the limit resets every day.

3.Your account and the age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and you must enter your date of birth correctly. Sign-up by anyone under 13 is not accepted.

Users under 18 declare that they use Eliminary with a parent's or guardian's permission.

The email address you sign up with must be yours and one you can reach; sign-up with disposable email addresses is not accepted.

Your account is yours. Do not share your sign-in details with anyone; you are responsible for what is done with your account. If you think someone has got into your account, change your password, sign out the other devices from Settings and write to us.

4.Acceptable use

Use Eliminary for your own exam preparation. Do not:

• Publish, sell or bulk-copy the questions, solutions, lessons or practice tests outside the product.
• Pull content with automated tools (bots, scrapers) or overload the service.
• Try to get around security measures, usage limits or exam integrity controls.
• Use someone else's account or open an account in someone else's name.
• Write content to ATLAS or into a notebook that is illegal, infringes other people's rights or is harmful.
• Try to trick the AI features into going beyond their limits.

5.Content and intellectual property

The lessons, questions, solutions, practice tests, software and design in Eliminary belong to Eliminary or its licensors. You are given a limited, non-transferable right to use them for your own personal, non-commercial exam preparation.

SAT, AP and College Board are trademarks of the College Board. ACT is a trademark of its own owner. Eliminary is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by any of these organizations.

6.The limits of AI output

ATLAS is a coach, not a teacher: it does not teach lessons, solve questions, write your answers or grade your work, and it does not decide your plan or your mastery.

AI replies can be wrong or incomplete. Check anything important against the lessons and your own sources.

The score projection is an estimate based on your own practice test results; it is not a guarantee of your real exam score. Eliminary guarantees no score, result or admission.

ATLAS and notebook chat do not give medical, psychological or legal advice. In an emergency, call the emergency number where you are.

7.Your content

The text you add to a notebook, your notes and what you write to ATLAS belong to you. We store and process them only to provide the service to you (for example, to generate an answer in notebook chat that is grounded in your sources).

You confirm that you have the right to use the content you add; adding copyrighted text without permission is your responsibility. We may remove content that breaks the law or these terms.

8.Ending your account

You can ask for your account to be deleted from Settings at any time. The request stays open for 30 days; during that time your account is read-only and you can cancel the request. The details are in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms seriously or repeatedly. [Where possible we will warn you first.]

[If we end the service altogether, we will give reasonable notice and a way to download your data.]

9.Limitation of liability

Eliminary is provided as is. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the content will always be complete.

[To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from the use of Eliminary. This limit does not apply to loss caused by our intent or gross negligence, or to rights that consumer law grants and that cannot be waived by contract.]

10.Changes

We may update these terms. For an important change we will tell you [by email or inside the product] before it takes effect. Continuing to use Eliminary after the change means you accept the new terms; if you do not accept them, you can ask for your account to be deleted.

11.Governing law and contact

[These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The competent courts and enforcement offices are to be determined; consumers keep their right to apply to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts of their own place of residence.]
